Bybet (https://bybet.best) is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and bybet.

• Only one account may be created per email address or phone number.
• Any attempt to open multiple accounts from the same device or IP address will result in all associated accounts being closed.

2.2 Password & Security

• Bybet is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account.

2.3 Account Transfers Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, your account will be terminated immediately.

To register and play on bybet, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are of sound mind and are using this platform of your own free will.
• You do not reside in a region where online betting is completely prohibited.
• You are not an employee, director, or family member of any bybet employee or director.

Bybet reserves the right to reject any registration application without being obligated to provide a reason.

Bybet is committed to making financial transactions simple and transparent. Below are the detailed terms for deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, USDT (Crypto)
• Deposits are generally credited instantly or within 15 minutes at most.
• Deposits must be made using only your own payment method.
• Deposits made by third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–15 minutes.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals (৳50,000+).
• Withdrawals cannot be processed while an active bonus is pending wagering completion.

4.3 Chargeback Policy

If a user files a chargeback in bad faith, their account will be suspended immediately. If chargeback fraud is proven, legal action may be taken.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (rollover) — typically 15x–30x for deposit bonuses.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or placing only low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided upon detection.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once the validity period expires.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit. This bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement. The maximum bonus amount is ৳10,000.

5.3 Referral Bonus

Referring a friend earns both of you a bonus, provided the referred friend makes their first deposit and meets the specified wagering requirement. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bybet reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match/event is postponed by more than 36 hours from its scheduled time, the bet will be considered void.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. No claims regarding odds changes will be accepted.

6.3 Match Fixing & Fraud

Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and a punishable offence. If bybet detects such activity, the account will be terminated and all winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum payout on a single bet is ৳5,00,000 or equivalent. Any winnings above this limit will be reviewed and may be adjusted accordingly.

Bybet follows a KYC process to prevent money laundering and ensure platform security.

7.1 When KYC Is Required

• Prior to your first withdrawal.
• When total withdrawals exceed ৳50,000.
• When bybet requests verification at its discretion.

7.2 Required Documents

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Proof of payment method ownership.

7.3 Verification Processing Time

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. In complex cases, it may take up to 72 hours. You will receive an email notification once verification is complete.

• Threatening or harassing other members or staff.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or to provide the required documents.

9.1 Right to Appeal

If your account is suspended, you may appeal within 7 days by emailing support@bybet.best. bybet will review your case and respond within 72 hours.
